She sells sea shells

We made these lovely hangings from some shells we collected a few years ago, and stored in a box, and some jute string we had at home. To make it an easy activity for those as young as three, I dipped the string ends in wax and allowed it to dry before we started threading.

    So summery in the middle of winter (here in Oz) great use of materials that many people have at home. I mean who doesn't collect shells with kids when they go to the beach? Makes me want to go to the beach right now!
